The plans and preparations that go into organising a wedding are immense, finding the perfect venue, what style of marquee, the wedding menu, flowers, bridesmaid dresses , the list goes on. The one undetermined factor is the weather – Shaun & Paula struck gold this weekend for their wedding in Llandraw, the sky were clear and blue, the wind still and gorgeous sunshine. Spitting Pig Wales Team only had a short distance to travel from their farm in Llanfynydd, but had a busy day ahead. The schedule was for drinks and canapes to be served as the 120 guests arrived from the church at 4.30pm. The starters of smoked salmon, salad & soft cheese was to be followed by a gorgeous hog roast Llandraw, sage & onion stuffing, tomato & mozzarella, boiled herb potatoes, salad & homemade coleslaw. The main course was followed by a wide selection of cheesecakes & sticky toffee pudding & cream. Teas & Coffee were provided throughout the evening as the party & band provided the end to a perfect day. All Spitting Pig Wales Team had to do was clear up and quietly depart.
