Spitting Pig Wales employ a highly trained and friendly local sales team to help make your experience with Spitting Pig one of enjoyment and satisfaction from very first contact. My team are always available to help anyone interested in our services and are happy to answer any questions you have about Spitting Pig, whether our catering service or our machine hire service. Once you’re ready to put a date to your event you’ll be provided with your own personal chef and his or her personal phone number so you can stay in touch with and discuss your event, make requests and even make alterations to your event catering. It’s a great chance to get a feel for our team and what we do, while also avoiding the mistakes and miscommunications that so often come with having information passed between several hands. With communication with your own personal chef you can sleep well in the knowledge that your event will be exactly as planned.

If you’re undecided on your hog roast menu or venue your assigned chef can help guide you and throw around some ideas and suggestions based on the type of event you’re throwing. All of our chefs have years of experience within the catering industry and most have worked with Spitting Pig for a good while too; if you have any doubts don’t hesitate to put your concerns and uncertainties to your chef. Perhaps you’re interested by both our hire service and catering and can’t quite land on one or the other? Many people who get in touch with us are only throwing an event for a small number of people and aren’t sure if catering or machine hire is right for them. If you’re in the same boat, or perhaps just interested in learning more about our prices, we can be contacted by phone or Email. Alternatively you can fill out an online query form and we’ll get back to you with a quote. Unfortunately because of the way in which we price events we cannot offer or give out set-prices because as well as having a long list of menu options, price is also determined by size(number of people to feed), day of week and time of year. Menu 1 with 15 people on Bonfire Night isn’t going to cost the same as Menu2 with 15 people on a random summer’s day. The hog roast machines hire service does have set prices and you can find out more on the hire page, although we are known to be flexible with our hire prices. For example, some of our hire clients extent beyond their set periods and rent the machines on an on-going basis. In such cases we often negotiate a reduced hire price for those clients. So while we do have set-prices for short term hire we’re also known to be flexible for clients who rent long term. Alternatively many people who choose our hire service go on to buy a machine outright once they’ve tested the waters. In both cases we have several different machines and can give you in depth information on our full range.
