From the entire Hog Roast Swansea team, we hope you all had an excellent bank holiday weekend over the final weekend of August. It was a weekend that we as caterers had been looking forward to for quite some time – more less as soon as the summer began. A bank holiday should always be an occasion for gathering friends and family to enjoy some relaxed time in each other’s company. It’s a call for great company and even better dining, which is why our services come in such high demand through any bank holiday. So, if you had a great bank holiday then chances are we did too.
And on this one we certainly did. Doing exactly as we have just described, Sarah put together a wonderful garden party celebration for friends and family with relaxed catering from Hog Roast Swansea. It was just what was asked for on a weekend meant for nourishment and reenergising. It might not quite have been as sunny as previous summer weekends, but the very least we could ask for here was it to be warm enough to dine out in the garden, which it was! So, the Hog Roast Swansea team had our signature hog roast nicely set up outside to be hand pulled and finely carved for serving with a classic sage and onion stuffing and crispy crackling combo. Together with our fresh apple sauce, you have the incredible range of textures and tastes in every bite that makes our hog roast rolls so beloved. Guests could also help themselves to grilled veg and halloumi skewers with a summery tzatziki dip and sweet chilli sauce, as well as fresh gourmet coleslaw, mixed leaves, and a tomato and mozzarella salad to pair brilliantly with our roasted new potatoes.
