The Spitting Pig Wales Team travelled to the Royal Mint to do a hog roast in Llantrisant to cater for 200 people attending a conference and tour of the Mint. The Royal Mint had been located in the Tower of London for over 500 years before transferring to Llantrisant in 1968. The menu Spitting Pig Wales provided was our amazing Southern Slow Roast, a combination of succulent pulled pork, slow roast beef & lamb. The accompaniment of seasoned potato wedges, tomato & mozzarella, homemade coleslaw & mixed salad made a gorgeous meal all the delegates enjoyed. They were also treated to a live casino & music, making the whole evening a great success. With the hog roast Llantrisant job done Spitting Pig Wales Team made their way back to their farm, Ffos Yr Ewig in Llanfynydd.
