The Spitting Pig team had an early start, traveling to hog roast Highmead, for a Charity Fund Raising Event to help raise money to build additional Schools in Nepal. The Charity Event was inspired after Julia Williams made a trip to Nepal and saw the crowded school conditions, and the great distances the local children had to travel to attend.
The Fund Raiser was held in the beautiful grounds of their house and Spitting Pig was asked to provide a Lamb hog roast, freshly boiled new potatoes, Thai salad and tomato & mozzarella.
The lamb was cooked for five hours, until it fell off the bone then quickly served up to the 60 guests attending the event. Whether it was the smell of the gorgeous food or the appreciation of how 
fortunate we are in this country, the guests came back for 2nd and even 3rd, happy to acknowledge the money they had paid for their tickets was going to a very good cause.
At the end of the evening hog roast Highmead discreetly left for the long drive home.
