Hog Roast Crumlin Handles An 18th Birthday Extravaganza

In honour of Holly’s 18th birthday, her parents, Michael and Claire, had gone to the trouble of organising a huge celebration for the whole family. Siblings, grandparents, cousins, uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces – you name it, everyone was invited to join in the fun! But with over 150 names on the guest list, Michael and Claire quickly realised that their combined 4 hands wouldn’t be enough to decorate the venue, collect the birthday cake and prepare all the food in time for the party to start at 7 pm.

Realising they would have too much on their plates if they were to handle the cooking on top of everything else, the couple decided to call in the big guns at Hog Roast Crumlin, and we promised to deliver a splendid dining plan that offered something for every set of taste buds – no matter how fussy!

Brad, Hog Roast Crumlin’s catering manager, put Michael and Claire’s minds at ease straight away with his calm demeanour and professional attitude, which made them feel all the more confident with their decision to hire us for the monumental event. After asking lots of questions, which Brad answered with ease, the couple selected our Hog Roast Dining Experience Menu for their daughter’s birthday extravaganza since it offers canapés, two main course options, a meat-free dish, sides and a couple of desserts to finish.

Hog Roast Crumlin On Friday, the day of Holly’s birthday, the Hog Roast Crumlin team arrived at the rented function hall to compose this comprehensive spread in time for the guests’ arrival. Making every second count, Brad and the crew busied themselves with preparations until they had created a flavourful hog roast with all the trimmings, handmade BBQ beef burgers and grilled vegetable kebabs with side salads, fries and coleslaw, as well as chocolate torte and profiteroles to finish.

As the guests entered the venue, Hog Roast Crumlin’s serving staff offered them a choice of tasty canapes, which they eagerly accepted! Once everyone had settled in, found their seats and caught up with each other, Brad opened the buffet table and invited them to fill their plates with the aromatic food.

Everyone was openly impressed with Hog Roast Crumlin’s service, and Holly, in particular, had a brilliant evening and was very grateful to her parents for giving her an unforgettable party for her 18th birthday!
