Hog Roast Swansea were recently asked to provide the catering at a corporate event held by Dezrez Services Ltd in Swansea. As suppliers of software and technology for estate agents, Dezrez was hosting an event called ‘EAVOLUTION19’ whereby they would be showcasing their services and giving the public the chance to discuss their businesses with industry leading Proptech companies. This was in addition to Dezrez celebrating its 20th anniversary, and so naturally as a call for celebration Hog Roast Swansea were here to help!
The event had been booked by Kirsty who informed our catering manager Cliff that they would be requiring our corporate menu one for approximately one hundred people attending the event. With a serve time of 12.30pm we would be needing to arrive on location bright and early to get everything set up and cooking away.
With this menu you can rest assured your guests will be impressed by our classic slow roasted hog served up in a freshly baked roll or wrap. This menu suits corporate events superbly as it can be easily scaled up or down and is simple yet delicious meaning your guests will be coming back for second helpings. For the vegetarian option our chef prepared some moreish grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers which always go down beautifully!
