The festive season is one of our busiest at Hog Roast Tenby. While the summer sees weeks upon weeks of weddings, barbecues, garden parties, summer celebrations, the winter season is one highly concentrated month for events. It’s an extremely limited window in which just about everyone once festive dining of some kind, and the events aren’t solely coming at the weekend either. In a week we could be working just about every evening with various staff nights out and private parties, and sometimes those evenings could be preceded by an office visit earlier in the afternoon. It’s a busy one at Hog Roast Tenby, although the magic of the month and the fun of each of these joyous festive celebrations keeps us going right the way through it.
But because of that hectic schedule our team undergo a good bit of prep prior to the season. Now is around the time when all of our franchise teams, not only Hog Roast Tenby, will undergo a training refresher for our festive services. Our chefs will sharpen up the festive menu, make sure that everything tastes as good as always, and perhaps make some alterations to recipes and dishes if we feel we can do even better with them this year.
