After a quiet few months we have started to receive some orders and not before time! We were starting to worry a little but to be honest there was no need, as the telephone has not stopped ringing the past few days. Sunday we were doing a hog roast in Carmarthen catering for an opening of a new butcher shop, butchers are now becoming a thing of the past with supermarkets tending to take most of the trade but the village did not in fact have its own butchers and people do we feel like the more personal approach. The butcher supplied all his own meat for the opening which was a great way to show case his produce and of course our machines cooked the meat to absolute perfection. Hog roast Carmarthen cooked a full pig, duck, chicken, lamb and turkey and when the meat was cooked we sliced it up and laid the huge table out side the shop. The butcher cut the ribbon and said a speech to the group of locals who had gathered out side the shop and then we started to offer the food around. 
Hog roast hire Carmarthen did a real good job as the butcher was busy for the whole day people came over tasted the meat and then went straight inside and bought meat he really was onto a winner! After a really busy few hours the food was gone and the butcher came to greet us full of smiles he said he could not believe the response from the public and he thanked us for all our hard work and said without us he would never have been able to make such a good impression and he couldn’t thank us enough which was so nice! We our selves scored well to as when we left we managed to get a good deal for future orders for our catering business and the butcher has given us a great discount for all our future orders now that is what you call good business! Next weekend we are away west for a christening and have already ordered our meat from our new friend the butcher…
